tan & kimura press ( tkpress.blogspot.com ) is a small publishing press directed by artists Tan Ru Yi(Malaysia) , artist and editor Kimura Mitsunori(Japan) from what was a small village in Fukuroi city, Shizuoka, since 2010. Before that time it was based in Nagoya city.
